The Technical Committee Datacenter invites you to a seminar on IT hosting in the Grenoble datacentre. This action is part of the commitments we have made for the DC-IMAG and DC-GreenER rooms by adhering to the "Code of Conduct for Energy Efficiency in Data Centres"[1]: raising awareness among hosted users on the application of best practices. This half-day is an opportunity to discuss IT hosting at the site Grenoble Alpes.

The first part will focus on the site's shared offering, an alternative to server hosting. It concerns anyone who has to decide between using a shared service and purchasing a specific server.
In the second part, we will discuss 2 rules of best practices for the CoC and we will end with the 2024 report on the Grenoble datacentre and future prospects.
